All orders ship directly from our facility in Turkey, where every rug is sourced, cleaned and restored by our own team.

• Dispatch: within 1–3 business days of your order.
• Carriers: insured express couriers (DHL, FedEx or UPS) with full door-to-door tracking.
• Delivery time: most orders in the US and Europe arrive within 2–7 business days of dispatch.
• Insurance: every shipment is fully insured against loss and damage in transit.
• Customs: depending on your country, import duties or taxes may apply. These are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer.
