Yes. Every rug in our shop was hand-knotted in Anatolia decades ago, mostly in the 1970s and 1980s. Each listing is a single physical rug — once it sells, it is gone.

Each rug is cleaned and repaired in-house by our own team before it is listed. As genuinely vintage pieces they show honest signs of age — evenly low pile and softly faded colors — which is exactly their charm. Anything notable is shown in the photos.

We photograph every rug in natural light and do not alter its colors. Screens can vary slightly, but what you see is what arrives at your door.

Yes — every rug is measured by hand and listed with exact dimensions. Vintage sizes are never standard, so please measure your space before ordering.

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and shipped with insured express couriers (DHL, FedEx or UPS). Most orders in the US and Europe arrive within 2–7 business days, with full tracking from door to door.

Customs rules vary by country. Any applicable import duties or taxes are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the buyer. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering and we will help you estimate.

Yes — every rug ships fully insured. In the unlikely event of loss or damage in transit, you are covered.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first, then send the rug back in its original condition. Once it arrives back to us, your refund is issued within 3–5 business days.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Every shipment is insured, and we will resolve it quickly with a repair, replacement credit or full refund.

Vacuum gently without a beater bar, rotate the rug once or twice a year, and blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth. For deep cleaning, use a professional rug cleaner. See our Rug Care guide for the full routine.
