Refund policy

Every rug is photographed honestly and measured by hand — but if a piece isn't right for your space, we accept returns.

• Window: contact us within 14 days of delivery to start a return.
• Condition: the rug must be returned in the condition it arrived in.
• Return shipping: arranged with us; return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or not as described.
• Refund: issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of the rug arriving back to us.
• Damaged in transit: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos — every shipment is insured and we will resolve it with a repair, replacement credit or full refund.
